At Verve Ads ("I", "we", "our", "us"), your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — including data collected through our website, contact forms, analytics tools, and the Ask V chatbot.

- Chatbot conversations — if you use the Ask V chatbot on this website, your messages and the responses generated are stored in a secure database. This includes the text of what you type and what Ask V replies. No personally identifying information is required to use the chatbot, but if you choose to share personal details in your messages, those will be stored as part of the conversation log.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, biometric data, or government identification.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to respond to your enquiries, schedule consultations, improve the website and the Ask V chatbot, and maintain records for business correspondence. Chatbot conversation logs are used specifically to understand the questions founders ask, improve the quality of Ask V's responses over time, and inform content and strategy decisions at Verve Ads. Conversations are never sold or shared with third parties.
3. Ask V Chatbot — How It Works
Ask V is powered by the Anthropic Claude API. When you send a message through the chatbot, your message is processed by Anthropic's systems to generate a response. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle data on their end. The conversation — your messages and Ask V's replies — is also stored in a Supabase database operated by Verve Ads. Conversations are stored with a randomly generated session identifier and a timestamp. No account or login is required to use Ask V, and we do not attempt to link chatbot conversations to your identity unless you choose to share identifying information in your messages.
4. Cookies and Third-Party Tools
We use cookies and tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics may collect usage data for performance monitoring. You can disable cookies via your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use the site.
5. Data Security
